Setting: The film is set at a physical therapy office in the Veterans Hospital. Ms. Blue recently broke her ankle and has her first appointment for physical therapy to see how she is doing on her crutches. She is wearing shorts and a button up blouse. She has a pink bra and panties underneath. She presents to the office using crutches with her right ankle in a splint.
Ms. Blue enters the office on crutches.
Therapist: “You must be Ms. Blue. Welcome to the VA Physical Therapy department. Please have a seat while I tell you what we are going to do today.”
Ms. Blue: “Okay, thank you.”
Ms. Blue sits down on one of the chairs.
Therapist: “I understand that you recently broke your ankle and have to use crutches to get around. The VA wants to make sure that you are using the crutches properly so that you can get the best results and heal quickly. At this clinic we use specialized biometric sensors that analyze how you walk using your crutches. These sensors rely on anatomic landmarks to be accurate. So, Ms. Blue, you must be nude for the sensors to work properly. Please remove your clothes, and please know this is all very scientific.”
Ms. Blue removes her blouse and lays it on the chair. She then removes her bra. She stands to remove her shorts, and then her panties. She is now nude and sits back down on the chair and smiles seductively at the therapist.
Therapist: “Thank you Ms. Blue. Give me a moment to start the senors…Okay, please let me see how well you walk using your crutches. Take a couple of trips up and down along the wall here. The sensors are active.”

Therapist: “Thank you, Ms. Blue. That seemed to work. Please take another couple of trips back and forth.”
Ms. Blue walks back and forth on the crutches.
Therapist: “That’s great, Ms. Blue. We got some good readings. The computer is analyzing the data, but in the meantime, I want to tell you about a research study we are doing her at the VA. I think you would make a great test subject.”
Ms. Blue nods her head.
Therapist: “The researchers here are studying the effect of linking pleasure to the use of crutches. They believe that if a patient associates their crutches with something pleasurable, then the patient will be more likely to use the crutches properly and use them more consistently. Since the greatest pleasure a human can experience is an orgasm, the scientists are attempting to link crutches to an orgasm. Would you be interested in being a test subject in this research?”
Ms. Blue: “Anything for the advancement of medicine, yes.”
Therapist: “Great, Ms. Blue. We appreciate your willingness to contribute. Give me one of your crutches.”
A hand is seen reaching for one of Ms. Blue’s crutches. She puts one in his hand.
Therapist: “Now, I have applied some stimulation gel to the armrest of this crutch. If you would use it to see if you can bring yourself to orgasm.”
